Compassionate In-Home Senior Care Starts with Safety
Health, safety, and infection prevention standards have always been the supports of our outstanding senior care and services. In response to the surge of COVID-19 cases in 2020, Aging Excellence Care Managers have outlined and implemented even more rigorous health and safety policies for our Caregivers to follow:
- Aging Excellence monitors and follows all protocol updates and recommendations from the CDC, and State Departments of Health.
- All Caregivers take and log their own temperature every morning AND before every shift. Temperature readings must be safe in order to provide care or services.
- Gloves are required for any Aging Excellence Caregiver when they are providing personal, hands-on care to clients AND any time that they are out in public spaces.
- Masks are required for any Aging Excellence Caregiver whenever they are visiting a client AND any time they are out in public spaces.
In addition to these mandates, every Aging Excellence employee continues to follow proper hand washing protocols, engage in social distancing, and maintain healthy lifestyle choices.
Our health directly reflects and impacts the health of our clients. We take this to heart and act accordingly.
Although our physical offices have limited hours during our reopening, we are available by phone 24/7. Please call if you or a loved one requires care or has questions about these protocols.
