Compassionate Home Care Starts with Infection Prevention Standards

In response to COVID-19 and other viruses, Aging Excellence Care Managers have implemented the following procedures:

• Aging Excellence monitors and follows all protocol updates and recommendations from the CDC and State Departments of Health.

• All caregivers log their own temperature every morning AND before every shift. Temperature readings must be safe in order to provide care or services.

• Gloves are required for any Aging Excellence Caregiver when they are providing personal, hands-on care or cleaning.

• In addition to these mandates, every Aging Excellence employee follows proper hand-washing protocols.

Our infection control protocols directly impact the health of our clients. We take this responsibility seriously.
